Why Brighton?
Brighton is ideal for Jo Lingo English immersion courses. It's a friendly, open-minded city where locals are happy to chat with visitors. The compact city centre means everything is within walking distance – from beach to shops to cultural attractions.
Unlike London, Brighton is less overwhelming and more welcoming for language learners. Yet with direct trains to London taking just one hour, it's easy to visit the capital too.
Most importantly, Brighton offers countless real-life English situations in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're ordering coffee in a café, asking directions on the beach promenade, or chatting with shop owners in The Lanes, you'll practice English naturally throughout the day. The city becomes your classroom, making it the perfect place to build your confidence in English.
