Breakfast
Every morning starts gently with breakfast together in the retreat house. Breakfast is included in the retreat price.
Lunch and dinner
Lunch and dinner will be eaten at a reserved restaurant, pub or cafe in Brighton. This meal is not included in the retreat price, and you pay for what you choose to eat and drink.
Snacks, tea and coffee
There will always be snacks, tea and coffee available for you in the retreat house. All included in the retreat price.

UK Entry requirements
All visitors need a passport valid for their entire stay. Many countries require a visa or ETA to enter the UK. Your retreat is a ‘TOURISM’ activity.

By air
The closest and best airport for Brighton is London Gatwick airport.
You can also fly to London Heathrow, London Luton, London Stansted, London City or Southampton airports, but transfers are longer and more expensive.
By train
The Eurostar train arrives into London St Pancras station.
